I am the Managing Director and my background is Housing both supported and general needs. Working and studying about housing, helped me understand that Housing is not about bricks and mortars, but much more than that.

Our Background

2 Way Tenancy Solutions CIC was born out of the understanding that the Welfare reforms of 2013, were going to have a huge impact on a lot of people. Having worked in supported housing over the years, I understood that with the introduction of Universal Credit, there was a need to raise awareness of the importance of financial capability skills. More so, for those with complex needs and are at risk of falling through the cracks of the system.  Our vision is to see lasting change in those that we work with.
