2 Way Tenancy Solutions CIC is a local social enterprise that works with tenants from social housing providers and private landlords tenants, in Gateshead, Newcastle, South Tyneside and surrounding areas to reduce rent arrears, support them to set up electronic payments for their rent and avoid eviction or becoming homeless.
We provide a range of solutions including face to face tenant interventions, training and support and help with understanding and setting up of welfare benefits.
2 Way Tenancy Solutions partners with Private & Social Housing Landlords across Gateshead, Newcastle, South Tyneside, and surrounding areas to deliver meaningful, long-term benefits for both housing providers and their tenants.
