2 Way Tenancy Solutions CIC is a local social enterprise that works with tenants from social housing providers and private landlords tenants, in Gateshead, Newcastle, South Tyneside and surrounding areas to reduce rent arrears, support them to set up electronic payments for their rent and avoid eviction or becoming homeless.
We provide a range of solutions including face to face tenant interventions, training and support and help with the transition of Universal Credit.

2 Way Tenancy Solutions works in partnership with Social Housing Landlords in Gateshead, Newcastle, South Tyneside and surrounding areas and aims to provide the following benefits to the Social Housing teams and its tenants by:
· Engaging with tenants to reduce evictions, homelessness and housing voids
· Reduce tenancy rent arrears and build tenants skills in financial capability
· Provide preventative measures to new tenants by offering training to help them understand the benefits system, manage their home budget and manage rent payments
Over the past three years, we have a 98% success rate of working with tenants referred to us by social housing providers and avoiding evictions.
